The Way We Use Information
Like many Internet Web sites, we collect different types of information in connection with the rendering of our services and the administration of our Web site. We will not voluntarily disclose or sell any information we gather about you ("Personal Information") to third parties for solicitation or other reasons unless you consent, and except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
The types of personal information collected on our web pages include: name, address, valid email address, and phone number. We will use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We may from time to time approach you regarding product, service, and other information, or offers which we feel, based on your Personal Information, may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can contact us in the manner provided. In addition, Personal Information may be released to third parties (i) if we are required by law to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, or court order; (ii) if release of such information is required in connection with the maintenance and administration or our site; (iii) in the very rare circumstance in which we believe in good faith there is a threat to the physical or online security of you or others. Although it is our policy to attempt to require our third parties to whom we provide Personal Information to comply with our privacy policies, we cannot guarantee their compliance.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our
website and to share with advertisers and affiliates. For example, we
may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain
area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women
filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything
that could be used to identify those individuals.
